North Group carried out the internal refurbishment works at 5 Carden Place, Aberdeen.

As part of the installation North were involved with a range of works, which included structural works to form new open plan offices on the ground and lower ground floors and installed new Velux windows to the roof to create a bright new open plan office interior.

Within the package a complete replacement of the mechanical and electrical system was carried out, including a new air conditioning system and new plumbing system.

On top of this North’s team out a full decoration of the building with new carpeting and vinyl throughout and a new glass and stainless steel handrail to the stairwell and a feature entrance wall.

Externally, North worked alongside one of our main roofing sub-contractors on the re-slating of the roof along with repointing, installation of a new Sarnafil flat roof.

On top of this resurfacing works were carried out on the existing car parks, as well as new fencing around the perimeter of the property, new external lighting, a new patio area to the rear and landscaping the shrubs and trees.
